Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for registration fee:In case of cancellation before 15 th. of May, 2010 – full registration fee will be refunded.
If cancelation is made before 25 th. of May, 2010 – administration fee 300,- EUR will be detained.
After 26nd. of May, 2010 – no refund of registration fee can be made.
All cancelations have to be made via e-mail, fax or mail to the Organizing Committee and confirmed.
All refunds will be available after the meeting.
Cancellation policy for accommodation:
In case of cancellation before 15 th. of May,2010 – full amount will be refunded.
After 15 th. of May, 2010 – first night price will be charged.
Less than 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of "no-show" - full amount will be charged.
